On 6th March 2025, Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth will host the inauguration of the IEEE OES (Oceanic Engineering Society) Student Chapter along with the recruitment of the IEEE SB CVV-ICT Executive Committee for the academic year 2025-26.
The event will feature Dr. K. Ajith Kumar, an eminent sonar scientist and former director of **NPOL, Kochi, as the *Chief Guest. His vast expertise in sonar technology and oceanographic research will offer valuable insights to students interested in oceanic engineering and related fields.
This event will serve as a platform to introduce students to IEEE OES, its opportunities, and its contributions to oceanic and marine technology. Additionally, the recruitment drive for the IEEE SB CVV-ICT Executive Committee will allow students to take up leadership roles, fostering innovation and collaboration within the university’s technical community.
